FEATURES OF THE UJF-7151 PLUS
UJF-7151 plus is the ideal machine for the industrial market where superior precision is required.
The printer integrates a mechanical structure that guarantees accurate positioning of ink drops and greater stability during printing operations. For optimal results it is the print bed that moves rather than the Y-bar. Two ball screws are installed on both sides of the table to accompany its movement. Furthermore, the four motorized legs of the table allow the horizontal position to be maintained stable when the table is raised or lowered, thus offering greater printing quality and precision.
MAPs4 is a unique Mimaki printing technology to reduce banding, uneven ink drying and bidirectional banding. MAPS4 prints the edges between each step in a soft way, dispersing the ink drops, so that the resulting images are smoother without streaks and defects.
Automatic maintenance for uninterrupted printing:
- NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) automatically checks the condition of the nozzles
- When missing nozzles are detected, they are cleaned automatically
- If nozzles are still missing after cleaning, NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) will automatically replace them with working nozzles, so you can continue working without having to wait for service.
MFD1, Mimaki Fine Diffusion 1, is the image processing technology that eliminates the dither effect and allows for higher quality images with more uniform colors.
The new RasterLink 6* software incorporates the patented* MFD1 image processing which reduces irregularities caused by dithering through a hybrid process of modulation and error dispersion, thus improving print quality.

The ink circulation system, located in the print head, prevents white ink from settling and ensures a constant supply of ink while reducing waste. The system removes any air bubbles that can clog the nozzles, thus reducing the cleaning frequency and ensuring stable and convenient production.
UV LED technology brings multiple advantages:

Kekab is the accessory system developed by Mimaki to be able to easily print at 360° and with excellent results on cylindrical objects such as bottles, candles, cosmetic jars and water bottles.
