Our desire is to provide not only assistance but to support you day after day in your business with timely support for small and large needs that may arise during the use of our products. Once the request for assistance has been received, the Bompan Technical Manager evaluates the problem and defines the most suitable intervention method for the highlighted criticality: remote or direct intervention at your premises. For your peace of mind we offer various Maintenance Packages that can be modulated depending on the product and can be activated when purchasing the machine or subsequently.
